I take connected products from prototype to a launch customers rate 4+ stars, and I build the teams, systems and data platforms that make that repeatable.
Record
4.2+ stars
Every product launch my team supported in 2024, within 30 days of launch.
~20
People on a team I pitched, founded and led across the US and Europe. Nine of my direct reports earned promotions in three years.
2×
Annual program throughput, 100 to 200+, by redesigning intake and prioritization.
8 figures
Annual hardware cost-savings opportunity I identified from product data; validated by hardware engineers.
Eight years at Ring
- 2018 –
Joined as a program coordinator, then spent seven years running the programs that put unreleased products into customers' hands before launch: cameras, doorbells, smart lighting, Amazon Sidewalk, and the app features behind them.
- 2022 –
Pitched a new team to do that work at scale, then founded and led it: about 20 people across the US and Europe, 55–60 programs a year.
- 2025 –
Back to hands-on work as a Sr. Technical Program Manager: built the ingestion layer of a product data platform on AWS, shipped production Python on an internal AI assistant used by about 1,500 people, and owned a data-correctness incident from root cause to upstream fix.

How I work
What I'm best at
Finding the problems a launch schedule doesn't show you, getting hardware, firmware, app and cloud teams moving in the same direction, and leaving behind programs that keep running without me.
Building with AI
I build with AI coding agents, and I built the system around them: agent workflows connected to our data and work systems, and a multi-reviewer adversarial code review that resolved 360+ findings on a single release.
